• Advertising and measurement data, such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID (GCLID), GBRAID, WBRAID, campaign source, conversion events, and order information needed for measurement.
• Authorized Google Ads account data, such as account identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, budgets, performance metrics, and conversion data.
• OAuth information for internal authorized users, such as Google account identifiers, email address, authorized scopes, and tokens needed to maintain the connection. We do not collect or store users' Google passwords.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To respond to inquiries, provide quotes, schedule and deliver services, process payments, and support customers.
• To operate and improve our website, user experience, service quality, security, and fraud prevention.
• To understand customer acquisition, measure conversions, prepare reports, and improve advertising performance.
• To manage campaigns and import offline conversions through the Google Ads API for authorized Hurryclean advertising accounts.
• To perform a contract, act on consent, pursue legitimate interests, and comply with applicable legal obligations, as appropriate.

4. Google Ads API and Google OAuth

Our Google Ads connection is used by authorized internal personnel to manage Hurryclean's advertising accounts, view reports, plan keywords, and import offline conversions. We do not use Google permissions or data to provide a third-party advertising tool.

We use information received from Google APIs only for the purposes described in this Policy, restrict access by job function, and do not sell that information. An authorized user may revoke access at any time through their Google Account connections page.

5. Disclosure and service providers

We may disclose information as necessary to service providers that support hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, payments, and professional services, including Google and Vercel. Recipients must use the information for the relevant purpose and apply appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law or a government order, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and property of Hurryclean, our customers, or others.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, analyze usage, remember preferences, and measure advertising performance. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the site may not function as intended.

7. Storage, retention, and deletion

We store information in access-controlled systems and retain it only as long as needed to provide services, measure advertising, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete, destroy, or de-identify it as appropriate.

Click identifiers and conversion data are retained for the period needed to match and report campaign results. OAuth tokens are retained only while the connection remains authorized and are revoked or deleted when access is withdrawn, use ends, or they are no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including role-based access, authentication, encryption in transit, secure secret storage, event logging, and access reviews. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive or transfer your information, and complain to a supervisory authority. We may request additional information to verify your identity and may decline a request where the law permits or requires us to retain information.

Our technology providers may process information in other countries. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards and agreements as required by applicable law.
